Trick or treat

The third erased image, it was  made because I wanted to upload something on a Halloween theme, for that reason the phrase trick or treat.

And as you can see the character is Ino from the shippuden season using a decorated pumpkin like a hat.
My question is, this is really an unacceptable illustration for DA community?
